Clean it before each use.
Clean it with warm soapy water and/or baking soda using a non-abrasive element.

Store it by removing the cap.
Be careful not to burn yourself in hot liquids or hot food: use the product with care.
Don't overfill it. Fill just below the thread on the body.
To prevent extraction and leakage, tighten the cap properly and completely to ensure an airtight seal. It is recommended to carry upright.
